  • What do I do after purchasing an item?

    • Open a Donation ticket within our main TXNRP server. Once you have done so, you must provide proof of purchase and our team will verify your order.

    • Once verified, you will be given the corresponding role within the main TXNRP discord server and provided a spawn code.

       

  • Do you offer refunds?

    • We do not offer refunds on any product purchased in the Texas Network Roleplay store. To view our full policy, you can go here.

       

  • Can I request a custom vehicle not listed?

    • Yes, you can request a vehicle to be added. To do this, open a Board of Directors ticket in the main TXNRP discord server. You will need to provide the link to the vehicle you want. Once our team reviews this, you are able to purchase the vehicle and submit the files to the ticket. Please note that you will be charged a onetime fee of $25 USD to add this vehicle to the server and an additional $15 per month to retain access to the vehicle.
